Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be given once hair has been unwrapped, worn, dyed, or altered in any way.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, defective product), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved before shipping back.
