Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• No refunds or exchanges will be given once hair has been unwrapped, worn, dyed, or altered in any way.

• If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, defective product), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved before shipping back.
